How to make Custard

 


Quantities need: 3 eggs pinch  of salt,  1 pint milk flavouring to taste. 1 tbs sugar. First, we need to beat the eggs, salt and sugar enough to mix well, Then we have to heat the milk and pour the hot milk on to the eggs and stir well. Next we have to add flavouring to taste. After that we need to pour in to a greased dish. By using the higher temperature place the dish in a baking tin with hot water it would become half way up the sides of the dish.
Now setting we should slip the blade of a knife into the custard half way between the centre and the side and if it comes out clean with no custrad sticking to it the baking in finished
