How to stay Healthy




Heath is wealth. So it is very important to stay healthy. To keep in good health we should go to bed early and get up from our bed early. Then we have to brush our teeth, wash our hands and face. we should not eat anything from the roadside vendors who always keep the food uncovered.
We must keep our nails clean and short.It is a must for us to play our door games or to work in our personal garden in the afternoon. Be regular in  taking our meals in time.Smoking causes serious harm to us. So we must avoid smoking at any cost.We should always drink enough pure water and eat necessary fruits and vegetables. Always we have to try use clean clothes.Finally, we must keep our environment clean and safe
